Voice of the Employee (VOE) is Converge Consulting Group’s
proprietary approach to conducting sound, relevant employee survey
research. It is based on the same voice of the customer methods
that have proved so successful and now represent the 'state of the
art' standard in business customer research.
VOE is a four step process modelled after Deming and Shewart's
Improvement Cycle. The point after all, is to not just to conduct
research, but to identify areas where the organization may best
concerntrate improvement efforts.
