The American Statistical Association represents an authoritative
voice concerning the conduct of employee (and customer) surveys.
At Converge, we are proud of our membership association with the
ASA and recommend their materials and advice without hesittaion.
They produce (among other things), a set of pamphlets on survey
research designed for those with more interest in what surveys can
do than the statistics behind them. Nonetheless, the pamphlets address
the statistical issues, concerns and limittaions of survey research.
