VoE is a complete feedback system designed to
ensure the "voice of the employee" is heard accurately.
Three basic products are offerred to meet three distinct needs.
VoE Employee Survey, a comprehensive organizational
survey designed to capture and assess the current state of the employee/employer
relationship. Typically VoE Employee Survey is
used once a year or every other year and is conducted in advance
of corporate or human resource planning to help properly define
the current situation (including areas of strength and weakness
in the employee/emploer relationship) and support the setting improvement
priorities for sound human resource management.
VoE Program Feedback, is an ongoing corporate
wide feedback system designed to support evaluation of specific
programs. Most commonly, VoE Program Feedback is
used to gather and properly analyze feedback on corporate training,
allowing human resource departments the opportunity to assess the
effectiveness of training programs, courses, instructors and means
of delivery.
VoE Project Feedback, is an employee feedback
system designed to gather the perceptions and attitudes of employees
with regard to a specific issue or event. As such, VoE Project
Feedback tends to be conducted infrequently usually with
a requirement for quick turnaround.
